Principles

Isolation

Every client has their own database.

No shared tables, hosting or keys. One client's data never sits beside another's.

Encryption

Credentials are sealed at rest.

Mailbox passwords and access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach the database.

Guarded writes

Production data is protected by default.

Database changes run locally unless the owner unlocks one named host for one command.

Sandbox first

Every connector is proven on test data.

Marketplaces, carriers, payments and messaging run in a sandbox before a live account is connected.

One profile

A brand is a file, not a fork.

Name, voice, colours, categories and assistants live in one profile, so every edition gets every improvement.

Owner control

Access is set person by person.
